No host on-site. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, pay security deposit, provide photo identification and credit card PRIOR to check in. Reservation is not confirmed until paid in full and management contacts the guest with directions. Parking is available with a fee. There is a $250 security deposit charged before guest arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartment West Melbourne Avenue in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
